How it works

  1. Open. Your .srt or .vtt is read in the browser and shown as a cue list. Windows line ends, a UTF-8 BOM, a missing hours field, cue settings after the arrow, WebVTT voice tags and wrong numbering are all fine.
  2. Edit. Fix any line before translating; nothing has been sent yet. The timing stays as it was.
  3. Translate. Each cue is translated into every language you picked. One tab per language, the original shown under each line, every line editable.
  4. Download. SRT or VTT per language, numbered from 1, hours always written.

A subtitle file counts against your minutes like a video of the same length: the time from its first cue to its last, or longer if it holds more text than that time could show (20 characters a second).
