Subtitles that are stuck in the picture, taken out, translated, and put back.
Upload a video with burned-in (hardcoded) subtitles. The service reads them off the frames, gives you an editable SRT, translates it into the languages you pick, and renders a new video with the translation burned in.

How it works
- Scan. ffmpeg streams the subtitle band as tiny greyscale frames. Where consecutive frames differ, the text changed.
- Read. One frame per stable stretch goes to OCR (Cloud Vision in production), so a 90-minute film is a few hundred images, not a hundred thousand.
- Translate. Cues are translated with Cloud Translation, keeping the original timing.
- Burn in. ffmpeg covers the old band and draws the new subtitles with libass, audio copied untouched.
